A commitment to the land and the community

Within the framework of Relais & Châteaux and Slow Food’s Food for Change 2025 campaign, House of Jasmines Relais & Châteaux joins a global initiative aimed at sowing a healthier and more sustainable future.
Under the motto “Plant Your Tree”, our estate invites guests to actively participate in environmental protection by planting native and fruit trees that regenerate the soil and enrich the region’s biodiversity.

Each of our visitors has the opportunity to plant their own tree and contribute with a voluntary donation. The harvested fruits and the funds raised are used to support local educational projects at La Merced Chica school, with which we have maintained a close relationship for years based on learning, solidarity, and shared joy.
The funds will, for example, be used to cover English classes or other needs that we define each year with the school principal.

Maison Fenestraz’s sustainability philosophy is reflected in the daily life at House of Jasmines. On our property, an organic garden flourishes at the foot of the Andes, supplying the kitchen with fresh, seasonal, and chemical-free produce.
The team at our restaurant, La Table House of Jasmines, transforms each harvest into authentic, flavorful dishes, where the garden’s ingredients become the stars of a responsible gastronomic experience.

Planting the future in Salta

The “Plant Your Tree” initiative invites the planting of life and hope. In collaboration with the local community, we aim for each tree planted to be a symbol of the connection between humans and nature.
This simple yet powerful gesture reinforces our commitment to a model of regenerative hospitality, where luxury is combined with respect for our environment.
